Today's beer is a fall favourite.
When we first made this beer, we brewed it with sweet potatoes and roasted fenugreek. We initially thought the sweet potatoes added a bit of sweetness, but after a couple of iterations we discovered they actually didn’t contribute any sweetness at all.

Since that first release, we’ve refined the recipe, and now we keep the true star ingredient: fenugreek. Fenugreek is what gives the beer its caramel-like, sweet notes. If you’ve never heard of it, fenugreek is a staple in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine, and is commonly known as methi. You’ll often find it in dishes like Aloo Methi and sometimes even in butter chicken, depending on the recipe.
